Hillsborough Park

Hillsborough Park is one of Sheffield’s largest and most well-loved public green spaces, located in the northwest of the city near the Hillsborough Stadium. The park features wide open fields, tree-lined paths, a lake with waterfowl, and a popular children’s playground. 

It also includes Hillsborough Walled Garden, an ornate historic garden maintained by volunteers, and The Depot bakery café housed in a restored coach house. 

Events like local fairs, outdoor cinema screenings, and Parkrun 5K runs take place regularly. Its close proximity to tram links and the bustling Hillsborough district make it a perfect day out for families, joggers, and picnickers alike.
