The Sheffield magnet company Hannah Shaw & Son was likely the first magnet company in the UK. To celebrate these spectacular Sheffield innovators, we’re experimenting with all things magnetic in this science filled interactive session.
There’ll be magnetic experiments and the chance to make your own magnetic game to take away with you, all while learning the basic principles of magnetism and the history of ‘Magnet Jack’.
