• The route includes uneven rocky paths, mud, and some steep sections.
  Sturdy shoes or walking boots are essential.

• No umbrellas, buggies or wheelchairs — the terrain isn’t suitable.

• Young children must be able to walk independently for about an hour.

• The whole experience takes about an hour and a half in total. You trek at your own risk — please see our health & safety guidance.

• There is no shop or café. Toilets and handwashing facilities are available.
